then we went and picked out our christmas tree at the tree farm

i was really, really mad daddy did not put it on the roof of the car and pouted for 45 minutes.
then we decorated it with white and colored lights. now both mommy and i are happy

i hung about two ornaments before getting bored.

i still do not like carrots, green beans, potatoes, cranberries or salad, but the turkey and stuffing was yummy!

i helped mama make the green beans, salad and stuffing. and i helped with the warm fudge cheesecake and pumpkin pie yesterday. i am a good helper in the kitchen...

thankfully, not every day

this is me and daddy after he spent 4 hours traveling the day before thanksgiving..a missed train and a bus stuck in holiday traffic...he is thankful he does not have to commute every day

and mommy is thankful for michael's daddy who drove us to the impound lot after our zip car was towed from school after our friendly feast.

and i am thankful for mommy's warm lap after a long day

girlfriends

upon arrival at school today the three girls already there ran over squealing, "hi, matty!" and he gave each a hug, "hi kashvi, hi sadie, hi ella!"

mommy teared up just a little as they ran off to play with cars and trucks.

(i guess he is no longer upset that sadie roughed him up at playground monday.)

saturday fun

this is mom's first set of twins. they love each other so much!

i have had quite an appetite lately, and will eat anything asian, so mom and dad took me out for lunch and actually enjoyed dining out this time with me!
i ate ALL of my salmon and chicken and rice with chopsticks!
too bad for mama our "small dessert" was not big enough to share

because i licked it clean!
but then we had mom's favorite: nap time with her three boys!

birthday cookies

thank you to aunt patty, uncle todd, rachel and devin for sending cookies for me and mom to make for my birthday! we are waiting for them to cook now, but i am doing OK so far:

boy do i love playing with mom's belly. i use all my carpenter tools to get them to move and hear the heart beats. and mom seems to really enjoys all the poking and prodding.

i can not wait to meet my new brothers. this is 19 weeks, 1 day.

mom is looking and feeling pretty good but couldn't stop laughing when i pointed to the mole on her chin and called it "nipple." she is still giggling.

maine was fun, especially when dad found this cool playground. mom and dad did not seem to enjoy our dinner out. i am not sure why, but maybe it was my fault...?

mom dragged us to the outlets in kittery on the way home where she bought some little onsies for my new brothers.

then we came home to a package from my grand aunt joan with a new shirt for me. i think they go well together! this is me cooling off in the refrigerator because "i'm hot" before school today and can not unzip my fleece.

boy was i excited to receive this present from the graces in the mail. my last birthday present this year (mommy hopes)! and with such a beautiful card from cousin rachel!

and winter weather has officially arrived, thank goodness i have so many warm accessories--thanks to gigi for keeping me so fashionable!
and i am still a bit confused about the babies. first i wanted "2 dogs". then "2 boys".
now that we finally know...
