what we do when it's 9 out.

yes, 9 degrees (give or take a couple) for last couple of days.

we assemble and test our new baby gear...

we snooze during events.
we take dad to see the most exciting movie ever. (my first real movie - i've been to the boring IMAX shows at science museum, but this was way more fun!)

and we bundle up and still manage to go to the park for a run around.

to our mass friends: please tell me february starts the warmer trend to spring...please

my last 8 weeks...

whoever gave us this "recipe" should come over and clean the purple trail from table to bathroom

not so tasty, but fun to play with
good thing for strawberries. it was actually "nice" out on wednesday. no mitties required mom's belly at 29.5 weeks. babies are ~3 lb. 5 oz. and 3 lb. 8 oz. as of monday.

still boys.

still saying gain 20 more pounds.

obviously not a maternity sweater...sorry.

*houston, we have been experiencing contractions!

it's hardly torture

when the toothpaste is chocolate chip cookie flavored...

and the giant box of toys is right over your shoulder.

my little guy is so brave, even when they scraped his teeth with the giant, sharp metal pick! he especially loved the water being sucked out with the little hose.

and i earned a new watch too. now it is always playground time!

almost like payback...

matty's first dentist appointment tomorrow. maybe that will actually give him something to scream about!

me and daddy taking a spin in the new travel stroller. he actually took me outside in it after i asked 400 times.

you can not hear me, but i was screaming "i want the drain up" for ten minutes after bathtime was over.
still not happy about getting out of tub.

i only use chopsticks for my pasta. and chicken, and rice, and cereal...

whatever makes me eat it all is fine with M&D

trying not to fall asleep while watching bambi. i was put to sleep very shortly after picture was taken. (and slept soundlessly for ten hours...ahhhh)

thank goodness we are not the type to keep every piece of "art" from school. what the heck is this??!!

(it was recycling week at school. i guess they we hoping we would recycle their garbage.)

anyway, this is my guy's latest passion - photography

*our little matty monster has turned into a true monster. when you tell him "no" he will lay down, scream, cry (with tears), whine, kick and spend the next ten minutes throwing a wild tantrum. thankfully mom can usually just ignore it. dad, he is great at ignoring it.

6:30 after an action packed day

"spring like"

what a way to spend our *warm* 46 degree day.

stomping in snow... ..stumping for scott..

..and freezing of course.
*warm is used very loosely in Boston. the obviously impaired weatherman actually called it "spring like."

we even stopped in our favorite playground!

mom and i are so excited for the warm weather today -- mid-40's--woo hoo!

now we can stop with the desperate indoor projects (although i do find them fun for about 20 minutes).

i especially like when i can paint. a big box. my pants. floor. rug. everything.

and oddly, i have been playing in my new "house" for three days straight...
